Real estate transactions recorded in 2014 have not been updated on the e-Assessor website. All owner and assessment information currently on the e-Assessor site is reflective of Dec. 31, 2013. The Department of Real Estate Assessments is currently migrating to its new CAMA system. We anticipate the rollout of the new system to occur on or before June 1, 2014. In addition to the new CAMA system the online database "e-Assessor" will be changing. If you have any questions about assessment information, please contact our office.
