Septic System Repair and Replacement Funding Available
The Culpeper Soil and Water Conservation District is offering financial assistance to all residents in the 5 county conservation district to remedy septic system malfunctions and perform preventative maintenance. This area includes all areas on the five county map. This program will reimburse participants up to $150 for a septic system pump-out and 50% of any required repair or replacement expenses, including full system replacement as necessary (See table below). Broadband Recommendations for Culpeper County and Town of Culpeper
In the spring of 2016, Culpeper County and the Town of Culpeper were awarded a DHCD (Virginia Department of Housing and Community Development grant to assess current and future broadband needs, evaluate current broadband service offerings, costs, and availability in the town and the county, identify public/private partnership opportunities with service providers, assess market demand, and recommend a comprehensive of strategies to improve broadband connectivity.
2018 VATI CULPEPER BROADBAND EXPANSION DRAFT GRANT APPLICATION
Culpeper County intends to apply for funding through the DHCD 2018 VATI Grant opportunity. If awarded these funds would increase access to internet services in the Stevensburg Magisterial District.
