1. On-line request scheduling: Once you have established
your email address and password, you will be able to access
our on-line request scheduling 24 hours/ 7 days; and you will
be confirmed within 24 business hours via email.
2. Facsimile (FAX): FAX Request Forms are available,
speak to a Permit Technician and one will be faxed. Your request
will be confirmed via return FAX within 24 business hours.
3. Telephone Scheduling: Our Permit Technicians
will schedule your inspection and will confirm your date at that
time. Our request lines are opened from 7:30a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Monday-Friday.
